Mr. Rajkumar

Managing Director

Mr.R.Rajkumar is the Managing Director of Best Finance Corporation Limited and also of Best Corporation Private Limited (BCPL) a leading textile Company in Tirupur. He is a Graduate in Business Management from Bharathiyar University and has more than 34 years of experience in manufacturing industry. He expanded the best corporation into a global enterprise by establishing factories across Kenya and Singapore. He received many honors and accolades including the Award of Excellence from Hanes Brands Inc. in the year 2006. Also he received the following awards for his excellent contribution towards textile industry -

Mr. P. S. Saravanan

Whole Time Director

Mr. P. S. Saravanan is the Vice President of the Company since November, 2009 and became one of the directors of the Company in 2021. He holds degree in Bachelors of Business Management from PSG College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore and M.A. Public Administration from Madurai Kamaraj University. He is having a rich experience of more than 14 years in the field of Finance and non- banking industry. He is also having an experience of more than 28 years in retail business. He is currently holding Directorship in two other Companies namely, Best Aditi Corporation Pvt Ltd and Best Finservices Pvt Ltd.

Mr. D. Sampath

Whole Time Director

Mr. D. Sampath is serving as a Director in the board of Best Finance Corporation Limited from September, 2024. He has about 37 years’ experience in banking industry in various capacities. He started his banking journey as Executive Trainee in Federal bank. From there, he rose to the level of Executive Vice President of Federal Bank. He served as an Executive Vice President & Head Network 2 from 2015-2018 and also served as Chief Financial Officer from 2013 – 2015. Under his leadership, the bank formed Retail Banking division in 2000 in a big way. Out of the total 37 years’ experience in bank, his field/operational level experience is 16 years and administrative office experience is 21 years. He also served as a chairman of various committees in the bank.

Mr. Aadhithya Shivan

Director

Mr. Aadithya Shivan is a Graduate in Accounting & Finance from The University of Lancaster, UK. He is a young business entrepreneur having nearly 5 year's experience in Textile industry. He also serves as a Director of Best Corporation Private Limited, the flagship company of the group and he currently heads one of the major operations divisions of Best Corporation Private Limited.

Mr M. V. Krishnan

Independent Director

Mr. M. V. Krishnan is an Independent Director in the board of the Company since June, 2024. He is a Diploma (in Management Education) graduate from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore and also a Chartered Accountant. Mr.Krishnan worked with Deutsche Bank AG across foreign exchange, global markets, and corporate coverage divisions for over 13 years. He also worked as an intern in Standard Chartered Bank and Ernst & Young, India. After 13 years of his careers in Deutsche Bank AG, he started his markets career with Agreya Capital Advisors LLP as a Co-founder and managing partner.

Mr. M. Marimuthu

Independent Director

Mr. M. Marimuthu is serving as Independent Director of the Board since November, 2024. He is an M.Com graduate from The Hajee Karutha Rowther Howdia College, Theni and obtained B.Ed degree from Annamalai University, Chidambaram. He has been engaged in accounting and taxation consultancy services for manufacturing industries and other related firms in and around Tirupur area for more than 25 years. Currently he is serving as a Director of some garment manufacturing companies in Tirupur.
